The Gym
Koloseum Gym & Fitness Center totals 18,500 square feet and houses a Nutrition and Apparel Store, Juice Bar with eating area, locker rooms with restrooms and showers for men and women, downstairs and upstairs cardio centers and a Day Spa.

Cardio
Over 5,000 square feet of cardio, featuring brand-new state-of-the-art stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines and stair climbers.

Free Weights & Machines
The 13,500 square feet of gym floor space features free weights, Hammer Strength machines, cable machines, fixed weight barbells and an array of dumbbells ranging from 2 pounds to 250 pounds. Everything you need to reach your fitness goals is here.
